- No Entry Fee
- All contestants must pay admission to fairgrounds
- Event is open to everyone
- Contestants MUST BE registered 15 minutes before event; no late exceptions
- Any misconduct will disqualify a contestant
- All decisions of judges are final
- If not enough contestants, 100 shoes will be thrown to determine 1st, 2nd & 3rd places
